I’m very privileged to have been supported and sponsored for many of my challenges over the years. The wealth of companies helping me push my personal physical boundaries, range from personal trainers to sports nutrition suppliers.

My challenges take a lot to make them successful, from the logistics, the planning, training along with the supporting companies involved.

I work hard to make sure the people and companies who support and sponsor me get the recognition at every point possible. If you are interested in working with me as an athlete or for a specific challenge, please feel free to contact me.

Please contact keith@keithdiaper.co.uk and we can discuss how any Sponsorship/ Partnership can benefit us both

Emma Victoria is the Virtual Assistant you need when you need assistance.

She really does LOVE doing the ADMIN you don’t like!

Emma has over 20 years’ experience providing administrative support to a wide variety of managers and directors in a number of different sectors, including: Health & Fitness; Accountancy; Construction Consultancy; Property Management; and Warehouse & Distribution.

Throughout her career, she has excelled at making sure that numbers add up and processes are streamlined, and can save you time on your admin that you can better spend on your own clients.

EV Sports provides Sports Massage and Coaching sessions to address musculoskeletal injuries and complaints, while helping you to achieve your goals.

Emma has been interested in the way the human body works since picking up a running injury when she was 13 years old. She was fascinated how pain in her heel was the result of a hamstring tear – she didn’t know how they were even connected back then!

Emma has since gained a lot more knowledge and understanding about the complexities of the musculoskeletal system. This began with a sports and remedial massage qualification with the London School of Sports Massage in 2007 and subsequent personal training qualifications.

Her own personal interests lie with running and triathlon – the former is participation, coaching and repairing runners, the latter is more of a spectator sport but loves the training nonetheless, especially an early morning open water swim.
